超细玻璃棉绝热材料是以石英砂、长石、硅酸钠、硼酸等为主要原料。 经过高温熔化制得小于 2um 的纤维棉状，再添加热固型树脂粘合剂加压高温定型制造出各种形状、规格的板、毡、管材制品。其表面还可以粘贴铝箔或 PVC 薄膜。该产品具有容重轻、导热系数小、吸收系数大、阻燃性能好。可广泛用于热力设备、空调恒温、冷热管道、烘箱烘房、冷藏保鲜及建筑物的保温、隔热、隔音等方面。
Ultrafine glass wool insulation materials are mainly made of quartz sand, feldspar, sodium silicate, boric acid and so on. After melting at high temperature, the cotton-like fibers less than 2um were prepared, and then the thermosetting resin binder was added to press the high-temperature setting to produce various shapes and specifications of sheets, felt and pipe products. It can also be pasted with aluminium foil or PVC film. The product has light bulk density, small thermal conductivity, large absorption coefficient and good flame retardancy. It can be widely used in thermal equipment, air conditioning constant temperature, heat and cold pipes, oven drying room, refrigeration and freshness preservation, building thermal insulation, sound insulation and so on.
